Practices for becoming more fully alive

Yoga Nidra • The Enneagram • Embodied Practice

We are more than the patterns that have shaped us.

More Human is an approach for exploring what it means to become more deeply present to ourselves, our bodies, one another, and the lives we are actually living.

Through the Enneagram, Yoga Nidra, and embodied contemplative practice, we learn to recognize the patterns that shape our experience, meet ourselves with greater compassion, and become more available to the fullness of who we are.

An Embodied and Spiritual Return to Wholeness

Welcome to More Human. This work integrates Yoga Nidra, the Enneagram, and Embodied Modalities to create a grounded container for those navigating deep transitions, creative awakenings, and existential turning points.

True transformation is a soul-level evolution, a journey of moving from reactive conditioning into greater freedom.

Real integration requires both a clear, conscious awareness and the willingness to embody your presence differently. By working progressively through the layers of being, we can work with the fertile, subconscious landscape. Here, we actively shift the underlying stories that limit you, while gently guided somatic practices invite you to land fully in the wisdom of your body.

Transformation is not a one-time realization; it is a relationship cultivated through consistent practice. By marrying psychological structure with spiritual depth, we:

  • Free the mind from rigid scripts into spacious awareness.

  • Open the heart with profound compassion for yourself and the world.

  • Ground into the body, learning to physically inhabit your life with ease and authenticity.

We return to our unbound essence to become, quite simply, More Human.

What does it mean to become more human?

For me, becoming more human isn't about transcending our humanity. It is about inhabiting it more fully.

It means learning to stay present to the complexity of being a person: our bodies and instincts, our tenderness and longing, our fears and defenses, our contradictions, our capacity for wonder.

It means remembering that our patterns are part of us, but they are not all of us.

And perhaps, as we become more fully at home in our own experience, we also become more available to something larger, the mystery of being alive and our deep connection to one another and to the world around us.

The practice is not to arrive somewhere else.

It is to become more fully here.
